Q4 2020 Word Puzzle Games Performance on Android in Brazil

In the fourth quarter of 2020, Brazil's Android users showed their love for word puzzles, with several games standing out in terms of downloads and weekly active users. Sensor Tower provides a detailed look at how these games performed during this period.

First on the list is Word Connect by ZenLife Games Ltd. The game saw a significant spike in downloads, reaching 164K in the last week of December, up from 26K in late September. Weekly active users followed a similar upward trend, starting at 452K and peaking at 930K by year-end.

Fugo Games' Words of Wonders: Crossword also experienced growth. Downloads hit a high of 57K in the final week of December, while weekly active users climbed from 275K to 284K over the quarter.

Clever Apps Pte. Ltd.'s Kitty Scramble: Word Game had a modest start in terms of revenue, but it showed a promising increase in active users from 77 to 3.3K from November to December.

Fanatee, Inc.'s CodyCross: Crossword Puzzles, native to Brazil, maintained steady revenue throughout the quarter, while its downloads saw a sharp rise to 123K and active users reached 461K by the end of December.

Lastly, Scrabble® GO-Classic Word Game by Scopely, though starting with low numbers, showed a positive trend with downloads increasing to 882 and active users reaching 6.4K in the final week of December.
